SECTIONAL PRACTICES
* Band Rehearsal
Band Rehearsal is 2 hours from when the entire band is assembled. Once Rehearsal is over, all equipment and instruments must be put away, band members then have to gather their personal belongings.
**Football Games
Home Games – Band Members need to be at the Band Room by 5pm
Away Games – Band Members will stay at the school after 7th period is dismissed, they will have dinner in the band room before they leave for the game.
Upon returning to the band room from each Football game all equipment and instruments must be stored away before students are dismissed.
***Band Competition
There will be a morning practice on the day of a competition, with a lunch break before the equipment truck and band bus are loaded. Upon return to DHS, all equipment and instruments must be stored away before students are dismissed. Band Competitions are an all day event.
